Protesters Sleep On The Road To Demand Saraki's Resignation by Crystal70200: 4:22pm
Members
of citizen united for peace and stability after keeping vigil in Abuja,
the federal capital, staged a fresh protest on Wednesday, April 27.
Photos obtained by NAIJ.com showed the protesters on the street, agitating over the non-passage of the now controversial 2016 budget and also demanded the resignation of the Senate president in Abuja. Some of the protesters slept on the road as some were seen taking refreshments after having stayed there overnight, with several others holding placards, insisting that the Senate president, Bukola Saraki, leaves the post.
